Privacy Policy

• When you submit a request: your name, the address or hotel for pickup, the date and the number of participants by age category. For transfers, also the flight number, the date and time of arrival or departure, the name for the driver's sign and any child seats needed.
• When you confirm a request: the phone number you use to message us on WhatsApp, or the number you shared on Telegram, and the correspondence about the request.
• Account: phone number and password (in encrypted form), and the history of your requests.
• Reviews: the name you provided, the text and photos.
• If your transfer is late and you report it from the voucher page: a photo and the coordinates of where you are waiting.
• Questions to the chat assistant on the tour page: the text of the question, without your name or phone number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages you visited, and cookies.

• to pass your request on to the organizer and send you the confirmation and voucher;
• to contact you about your request: time changes, cancellations, a request to leave a review;
• to give you access to your account;
• to publish your review;
• to protect the site from abuse and hacking;
• to keep visitor statistics and measure the effectiveness of the site's advertising.

We do not sell personal data and do not send marketing emails or messages.

For visitors from the EU and the UK: we process your request data to take steps at your request before a contract is concluded with the organizer (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); site security and statistics are based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); advertising and analytics cookies are used only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

• The organizer of the chosen Service: your name, phone number, meeting point and request details. Without this, they cannot provide the service. From then on, the organizer is responsible for this data.
• Services the site runs on (they process data on our behalf):
  • hosting and photo storage by DigitalOcean, with servers in Frankfurt (Germany);
  • messaging via WhatsApp through the Green API service, and via Telegram;
  • automatic translation of texts and reviews, and the chat assistant, by Anthropic;
  • address suggestions in the request form, and maps, by Google;
  • statistics and advertising by Google and Yandex. Yandex.Metrica with Webvisor records actions on the page, but not the text you enter in the request form fields.
• Government authorities, only when required by law.

Some of these services and the organizers are located outside the EU, including in the country where your trip takes place. We share data with the organizer because this is necessary to fulfil your request. Where our service providers process data outside the EU, they use safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not accept payments and do not receive bank card details: you pay the organizer directly on site.

• request and correspondence data is kept for 3 years after the trip date, after which it is anonymized: names, phone numbers and addresses are deleted, and only amounts and statistics remain;
• exact meeting point coordinates are deleted automatically after 30 days;
• photos and coordinates that the organizer uses to confirm a no-show are deleted after 1 year;
• photos and coordinates from a late transfer report are kept together with the request data;
• accounts are kept until you ask us to delete them;
• reviews are kept for as long as they are published on the site;
• technical server logs are kept for up to 2 months.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive your data in a convenient format and withdraw your consent to cookies. Write to support@excursiondeal.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If you believe we are violating your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or with the data protection supervisory authority in your country.

Deleting data for a request that has already been passed on does not delete it from the organizer's records, but we will forward your request to them.

• Necessary: the session cookie (which stores your chosen language and currency) and the form protection cookie are stored for 2 hours; the cookie with your cookie choices is stored for 1 year. The site does not work without them.
• Analytics and advertising: Yandex.Metrica with Webvisor and the Google tag (Google Ads). They help us understand how visitors use the site and where they come from. They are set only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.

Requests on the site are submitted by adults. About child participants, we only learn the age category given by the adult.

We may update this policy. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.
