excursiondeal.com is an online marketplace that connects travelers with independent organizers of excursions and activities.

We act solely as an intermediary (agent). We do not organize or conduct excursions ourselves. All services are provided by independent third-party organizers.

The information on the site does not constitute a public offer. The terms of a specific trip are set by the organizer, who also confirms the booking.

• You choose an excursion and submit a request on the site.
• We pass the request on to the organizer.
• The organizer confirms availability (or declines the request).
• After confirmation, you receive a voucher (an electronic booking confirmation).
• You pay the organizer on the spot on the day of the tour, in cash or by card (see section 4).

• We are not the organizer of the excursions.
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, operation or cancellation of an excursion by the organizer.
• We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage or dissatisfaction arising during the excursion itself.
• Our liability is limited to passing your request on to the organizer and issuing the voucher.

Payment is made directly to the organizer on the spot, on the day of the excursion or transfer, in cash or by card. No payment is taken on the website, and no prepayment is required.

ExcursionDeal does not accept or hold your funds.

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the specific excursion and the organizer's policy. They are stated in the tour description or in the voucher.

Payment is made on the spot, so refund matters are settled directly with the organizer.

• After the booking is confirmed, you receive an electronic voucher.
• The voucher must be presented to the organizer on the day of the excursion.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and personal details.
• Arrive on time at the meeting point stated in the voucher.
• Follow the organizer's instructions and safety rules.
• Pay for the excursion on the day it takes place.

Any changes (date, number of participants, etc.) must be requested through us. Whether changes are possible depends on the organizer.

All content on excursiondeal.com is protected by copyright. Use without our written consent is prohibited.

This Agreement is governed by the applicable law.

The parties shall seek to resolve disputes through negotiation.
