Salda Lake from Marmaris with stop in Pamukkale is an excellent opportunity to see two attractions in one day. Salda Lake are often called “Turkish Maldives”. It’s related to the fact that landmarks of these places are very similar. The shores are covered with niveous sand and crystal water the color of which changes from soft blue to deep blue. This extraordinary scenic picture engrave pine mountain ranges, surrounding the lake.

The Salda in fact is crater pool formed in an extinct volcano. It’s the largest freshwater lake in Turkey, depth of which could reaches 656.2 ft. White sand actually is a sedimentary rocks enriched in magnesium and hydro magnesite. It stays cool even in the hottest days. Water in the lake and mud at the bottom of it are used for treatment and prevention of skin disease and musculoskeletal system. The exclusivity of this pond, enchanting landscapes and crystal mountain air with coniferous aromas make this place attractive to the tourist more and more every year.

One more sight that you will visit during our sapid tour is wonderful Pamukkale. It’s truly majestic landscape with white travertines on the hills with sky-colored water are harmonically matched with antic ruins of Hierapolis, the amphitheater and the magnificent Cleopatra’s pool.
